Q. What is your price range for dresses?
A. We have clearance dresses for under $100, and most of our current prom dresses range from $225 to $498.
Q. What is the dress registry?
A. Unlike the mall and chain stores we want our customers to have a one of a kind, super special dress at her prom, that's why we don't stock multiples of the same dress and color in the store. We make every effort not to sell the same dress to the same prom. However, we cannot guarantee that all customers are truthful about what prom they are attending, or that the same dress won’t be purchased at another store.
Q. Are all of your dresses pictured online?
A. No, our inventory is constantly changing so we only picture some of our most popular styles. For the latest news and arrivals add us on Snapchat and follow our story. beyoutiful-prom is our SC Name.
Q. Can I special order if you don't have my size in the store?
A. Yes and No, Some dresses we sell strictly off the rack and cannot be special ordered, but lots of styles can be ordered depending on the availability from the factory. We can only special order from the designers that we stock in the store, but if you see a dress from a different designer we may be able to find something similar within one of our collections. Remember that special order is not custom order and alterations will be required for a proper fit.
Q. Are your dresses new or used?
A. All of our dresses are 100% new direct from the designers. No copies, fakes, or previously worn gowns.
Q. What is your exchange or return policy?
A. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the business we do not issue refunds under any circumstance. We can offer a one time exchange for a limited time on in-stock dresses as long as the dress has not been altered, and it has not left the store. We will not refund any money if the purchase price of the original dress is more than the new dress. We cannot offer exchanges on special order dresses.
Q. Will you hold dresses?
A. Unfortunately we cannot.
Q. Do you offer a lay-away plan?
A. Yes, Please ask a sales associate for details.
Q. Do I need to make and appointment?
A. No, shop at your convenience during business hours.
Q. Do you provide alteration services?
A. Even though she is not employed by us we do work closely with Sew Fitting Alterations by providing fitting room space in our store, and scheduling alterations appointments with her for our customers. We can also provide you with a referral list of local seamstresses who are experienced with formal wear alterations if Sew Fitting is booked up.
